Mark is our Chief Underwriting Officer, a role he was born to undertake! Whilst Mark has had a varied career in insurance over the last 35 years, he has found his niche in marine underwriting.

He has spent the last 16 years working at a specialist marine broker where he established himself as the head of marine underwriting. With a proven track record of profitable underwriting, producing infrastructure and procedural improvements to increase efficiency and profitability, he is the perfect addition to the ProMarine team.

Mark considers himself to be the guardian of our binder and is a hard man to convince if he does not believe a risk is suitable for our policy! A very reassuring attribute for our insurers! In his spare time, Mark can turn his hand to just about anything, but his main passions are cars and tech!
